General Travel Rules

Before arriving at the airport

  • Pack your bags properly, ensuring you know the contents and have them organized.
  • An overstuffed
  • carry-on may lead to further inspection to verify its contents.
  • We recommend carrying liquids, sprays, gels, electronic/electrical devices and all other non-essential goods in the hold baggage (if any).
  • Check what items are prohibited for both carry-on and checked baggage! Make sure that there are no prohibited items in your baggage!
  • Review the restrictions on transporting liquids! Make sure that your baggage does not contain any prohibited liquids!
  • We recommend packing liquids and electronic/electrical items such as laptops, tablets, chargers, cables, power banks, etc., in your baggage in a way that allows easy access in case security officers request to see them.

  • We recommend that you do not carry packages or items received from others.
  • We recommend not wrapping your carry-on baggage in protective film. Security screening may require opening your bag.
  • We recommend not wrapping gifts in your carry-on baggage. During security screening, if clarification is needed, you may be asked to open them.

At the airport

  • We recommend arriving at the airport in good time before your departure, according to the indications provided by the airline you are traveling with.
  • Throughout the airport transit, we recommend keeping your baggage with you at all times.

    Do not leave your baggage unattended or in the care of other persons!

    All baggage left unattended will be considered suspicious.

  • We recommend that you do not make jokes or comments on topics such as weapons, bombs or terrorists!
  • Pay attention to the informational messages provided (audio, video, or displayed on signs or boards) regarding the security screening process. This will enhance your travel experience while transiting the airport.
  • We understand how valuable your time is. By carefully listening to the instructions of the security staff and cooperating to clarify any details, you can reduce the time spent for the security screening.
  • Inform the security staff about any aspect that may bring more efficiency or that you consider necessary to support your own person!
  • It would be helpful if interactions with security staff are conducted in a respectful manner.
