The Director of the Romanian Intelligence Service, Mr. Eduard Hellvig, started the declassification of the cooperation protocol signed in 2009 between the Service, the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the High Court of Cassation and Justice.

Today, May 31, 2018, the Romanian Intelligence Service has sent the documents to be analyzed and validated by the Prosecutor's Office Attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice and by the High Court of Cassation and Justice.

The Romanian Intelligence Service carries out its activities in strict accordance with the current legislation and fulfils its lawful national security missions only within the limits set by the Constitution and for the benefit of the Romanian citizens.
