In all procurement procedures it has launched, SRI has observed and continues to observe all legal provisions, with no exception. With regard to the divergences of a civil nature between Transcarpat Sportours International Ltd and SRI, we inform you that these are part of legal suits underway at the competent courts, which up until the present have given satisfaction to the Romanian Intelligence Service.

We would like to state the fact that the aspects published by the media distortedly depict the situation and present in a biased manner a groundless point of view of Transcarpat Sportours International Ltd, without the media having asked for a point of view or clarifications from SRI with regard to the respective accusations.

Taking into consideration the legal procedures underway at various courts, SRI shall not make any comment on the issues which are currently disputed.

In order to verify the procedural elements and the legal provisions which SRI relies on, all the oversight bodies, including the Parliamentary Control Committee, the prosecution authorities and the courts, were provided with all the information necessary to clarify any complaints against the Service.
