MySmis Project

The Romanian Intelligence Service, through its Military Unit 0296 Bucharest, signed, as beneficiary of non-reimbursable funds, the financing agreement for the project titled "Support for funding personnel costs for SRI's personnel involved in carrying out the activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the SMIS2014+/MySMIS2014 integrated IT management system for managing European funds", code 3.1.072. The project is co-funded from the European Regional Development Fund through POAT 2014-2020.

The project is focused on developing an improved human resources management policy which should ensure adequate retention, training and motivation of its own personnel responsible for the coordination, management and control of European structural and investment funds.

The project is meant to provide support for the remuneration of SRI's personnel involved in the activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the SMIS 2014+/MySMIS2014 system.

The total value of the project is of Lei 3,496,668.30, the non-reimbursable eligible value funded from ERDF is of Lei 2,963,720.50, and the non-reimbursable eligible value funded from the state budget is of Lei de 532,947.80.

The project implementation period is from 01.07.2017 to 31.12.2018.
